This policy explains cancellations and refunds for LabibMind's paid services, in line with Saudi Arabia's E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulation. Everything offered through this website today (the demo, the one-report pilot, and the Compliance Readiness Check) is free of charge, and no payments are taken through the site. We sell services only — no physical products.
توضح هذه السياسة إجراءات الإلغاء والاسترداد للخدمات المدفوعة المقدمة من LabibMind، بما يتوافق مع نظام التجارة الإلكترونية ولائحته التنفيذية في المملكة العربية السعودية. وكل ما يُقدَّم عبر هذا الموقع حالياً (العرض التوضيحي، وتجربة التقرير الواحد، وتقييم الجاهزية للامتثال) مجاني، ولا تُحصَّل أي مدفوعات عبر الموقع. نحن نقدم خدمات فقط ولا نبيع منتجات مادية.
1. Scope
This policy covers paid services and product subscriptions agreed directly with LabibMind under a signed agreement. Where a signed agreement states different terms, the agreement prevails. Requests submitted through this website are free and create no payment obligation.
1. نطاق التطبيق
تسري هذه السياسة على الخدمات المدفوعة والاشتراكات المتفق عليها مباشرة مع LabibMind بموجب اتفاقية موقّعة. وفي حال نصت الاتفاقية الموقّعة على شروط مغايرة، فتسري أحكامها. أما الطلبات المقدمة عبر هذا الموقع فهي مجانية ولا يترتب عليها أي التزام مالي.
2. Your statutory right to rescind
In line with the E-Commerce Law, you may rescind the contract within 7 days of contracting, provided the service has not begun and you have not obtained any benefit from it, with a full refund.
2. الحق النظامي في الفسخ
وفقاً لنظام التجارة الإلكترونية، يحق لك فسخ العقد خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ التعاقد، بشرط ألا يكون تنفيذ الخدمة قد بدأ وألا تكون قد حصلت على منفعة منها، مع استرداد كامل المبلغ.
3. Paid services
Before delivery begins: a full refund of amounts paid for work not started. Once delivery has begun: amounts corresponding to work actually performed are due pro-rata, and the remainder is refunded; the signed agreement governs milestones and any non-refundable components. Accepted deliverables are non-refundable; if a deliverable does not meet the agreed scope, we correct it at no charge. If we cancel a paid service, amounts for undelivered work are refunded in full.
3. الخدمات المدفوعة
قبل بدء التنفيذ: استرداد كامل المبالغ المدفوعة عن الأعمال التي لم تبدأ. وبعد بدء التنفيذ: تُستحق قيمة الأعمال المنجزة فعلياً بشكل تناسبي، ويُسترد المتبقي؛ وتحكم الاتفاقية الموقّعة مراحل التنفيذ وأي مبالغ غير قابلة للاسترداد. والمخرجات المقبولة غير قابلة للاسترداد؛ وفي حال عدم مطابقة مخرج لنطاق العمل المتفق عليه، نلتزم بتصحيحه دون تكلفة إضافية. وإذا ألغينا خدمة مدفوعة من جانبنا، تُسترد كامل المبالغ عن الأعمال غير المنفذة.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 days at most.
4. آلية الاسترداد
تُعاد المبالغ المعتمدة عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال مدة أقصاها 15 يوماً.
5. Requests and your rights
To submit a request, email info@labibmind.com with your name, the agreement or invoice reference, and the reason. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulation; where they differ, the law prevails. We may update this policy; changes do not affect prior engagements.
5. الطلبات والحقوق
لتقديم طلب، يرجى المراسلة عبر info@labibmind.com مع ذكر الاسم ومرجع الاتفاقية أو الفاتورة والسبب. ولا تقيد هذه السياسة أي حقوق يمنحها نظام التجارة الإلكترونية ولائحته التنفيذية؛ وعند التعارض تسري أحكام النظام ولائحته. ونحتفظ بحق تحديث هذه السياسة، ولا تسري التغييرات على التعاقدات السابقة.
